Level 4 office fit-out — 100 Symonds Street, Auckland CBD

Brady Electrical installed more than 80 new LED panel lights across Level 4 at 100 Symonds Street, replacing the building’s old fluorescent troffers. We also installed new data outlets and patch panels, along with under-desk cable management systems to keep the workspace tidy.

Commercial Maintenance Emergency lighting Thermal imaging

Building maintenance — 100 Symonds Street, Auckland CBD

Brady Electrical services 100 Symonds Street with regular monthly maintenance and office fit-outs as required. We maintain the building’s emergency lighting, providing 12A and 6-monthly inspections, and carry out thermal imaging and reporting to help ensure the safety and longevity of the building.

Brady Electrical services 62 Victoria Street West with regular monthly maintenance and office fit-outs when required. Citizen Apartments — Newmarket, Auckland

Brady Electrical installed the electrical supply for all air conditioning units at Citizen Apartments in Newmarket. We also installed the power and controls for the car park ventilation system, using Fantech jet fans and CO sensors that monitor carbon monoxide levels and automatically switch on the jet fans to clear the car park.

Krones bottling line installation — Pure NZ Spring Water

Brady Electrical installed a brand new Krones bottling line at Pure NZ Spring Water’s fast-paced bottling plant. The work included connecting the new control panels, conveyors, sensors and robotic arms that keep the line running.

Industrial Conveyor systems Logistics

Package handling system — DHL, Auckland Airport

Brady Electrical installed a package handling system for DHL’s Auckland Airport site. The system takes packages straight from the aircraft and sends them along a conveyor network to be sorted for delivery to the correct addresses.

Architectural new build — Campbells Bay

Brady Electrical completed this architectural new build in Campbells Bay from design and mains installation through to final fit-off and testing. We installed modern outdoor lighting and functional designer interior lighting throughout. The home also features a full entertainment system with speakers installed throughout the property, plus a security system and gate intercom to make life safe and easy.

Residential Renovation Switchboard upgrade Granny flat Security

Full home renovation — Sunnynook

Brady Electrical completed a full electrical renovation of this Sunnynook home, from a switchboard upgrade and new cabling through to new lighting and power points. The new design included a self-contained, fire-rated granny flat, so we installed fire-rated downlights and fire-rated outlets where required. We also installed new outdoor lighting around the house and garden, along with a home security system.

Residential New build LED lighting

Architectural new build — Mangawhai

Brady Electrical completed this architectural new build in Mangawhai from mains installation through to final fit-off and testing. The home was fitted with modern LED downlights and contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout.
